What is it like to have a Hyperbaric session?

Relax in a comfortable chamber while breathing 100% oxygen through a mask. Many clients use the time to nap, meditate, watch a movie, listen to music, or simply enjoy uninterrupted quiet.

How does Hyperbaric Oxygen work?

HBOT allows your body to absorb significantly more oxygen than it normally can. This increased oxygen availability helps support your body’s natural recovery processes and may contribute to improvements in energy, recovery, brain function, and overall wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Insurance coverage?

Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover hyperbaric oxygen in our studio. Insurance typically only covers hyperbaric oxygen in a hospital setting and for very acute diagnoses.

How many sessions do I need?

Most of our clients seeking better energy, mental clarity, sleep, and overall wellness start with a series of 10 sessions. That gives your body enough exposure to begin experiencing meaningful changes. From there, we evaluate how you’re feeling and create a plan based on your goals.

Do packages expire?

Yes. They Expire after 6 months, as we encourage you to come in regularly.

Side Effects?

The most common complaint is ears popping, similar to going up in an airplane.

What will I feel while I’m in the chamber?

Aside from the initial pressurizing of your ears, you won’t feel anything while you are in the chamber.

What can I do during my treatment?

You can sleep, read a book, play on your phone, listen to music…similar to what you might do while laying on your couch.
