Why Restoration Health Exists

Restoration Health’s Elite Recovery Studio was brought to life to provide something increasingly rare - a place where people can pause, recharge, and invest in their well-being through therapies designed to support recovery, vitality, and long-term wellness.

Meet Dr Fillis

Dr Fillis founded Restoration Health to provide more complete health care to Southern California and to promote real healing, not just symptomatic palliation. She is compassionate with her patients and diligent about providing excellent service.

Dr Fillis earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University) in Tempe, AZ in 2002. She is a licensed doctor in the State of California and is a member of the AANP and the CNDA.

Meet Jennifer

Jen is our office manager, and she runs our Elite Recovery Center. She has a lot of excitement about what she does, and loves the clients she gets to serve everyday.

When we created the Elite Recovery Studio, our vision was simple: to create a place where people could step away from the demands of daily life and invest in something is is often overlooked-their own well-being.

In today’s world, so many people spend their days caring for others, managing responsibilities, and constantly moving from one obligation to the next. We wanted to create a space that feels different. A place that is calm, welcoming, and intentionally designed to support recovery, restoration, and long-term wellness.
